1. Service Description

Call Craft provides subscription-based access to professional communication templates, including call handling guides with voice examples and email templates (the "Service").

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Pricing

  • Monthly subscription: £50/month.

  • Payment processed on the same day each month.

  • Prices may be updated from time to time, with at least 30 days’ notice before any increase applies to your subscription

2.2 Access

  • Instant portal access upon subscription

  • Access to all current and future templates in standard library

  • Portal access remains active while subscription is current

2.3 Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime via your account portal or by emailing team@callcraft.uk

  • No refunds for partial months

  • Access terminates at end of current billing period

  • No cancellation fees

3. Permitted Use

3.1 License

  • Templates licensed for use within your business only

  • You may customize templates for your business needs

  • Voice examples for training purposes within your organization

3.2 Restrictions You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share templates, sample packs, or voice recordings outside your organization

  • Use any Call Craft materials to create or support a competing product or service

  • Remove copyright or attribution notices

  • Use templates for illegal or fraudulent purposes

  • Share portal login credentials with non-subscribers

4. Intellectual Property

All templates, sample packs, voice examples, and other content remain the property of Call Craft.

5. Custom Work

Custom templates (if purchased) are created specifically for your business and priced separately. Custom work terms will be agreed upon via separate agreement.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 No Guarantee Templates are provided "as is" without guarantee of specific results. Your implementation and team performance affect outcomes.

6.2 Your Responsibility You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • Training your team appropriately

  • Adapting templates to your specific business context

  • Customer service outcomes

6.3 Professional Advice Templates do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Consult appropriate professionals for compliance requirements in your industry.

6.4 Service Availability We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service relies on third-party providers (hosting, payment processing, portal software). We are not liable for third-party outages, though we'll work to resolve issues promptly and keep you informed.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 General Limitation Call Craft's total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the 12 months prior to any claim.

7.2 No Liability For We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Third-party service outages or failures

  • Your implementation or use of templates

  • Outcomes of customer interactions

7.3 Service Availability While we strive for reliable service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Brief interruptions for maintenance or third-party issues do not constitute breach of service.

8. Data and Privacy

8.1 Account Information We collect business name, contact details, and payment information to provide the Service.

8.2 Usage We may track portal usage to improve the Service.

8.3 No Sale We do not sell your information to third parties.

8.4 Security We use reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Payment Terms

9.1 Billing

  • Automatic monthly billing via Stripe

  • You authorize recurring charges

  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

9.2 Refunds and Service Availability

  • No refunds for partial months under normal circumstances

  • If the Service is unavailable for 72+ hours due to issues within our direct control (not third-party outages), we'll provide a pro-rata account credit

  • Brief interruptions for maintenance or third-party service issues are not grounds for refund

10. Changes to Service

We may:

  • Add, modify, or remove templates

  • Update pricing with 30 days' notice

  • Modify these Terms with notice to subscribers

11. Termination

We may terminate your subscription if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Use Service fraudulently

  • Fail to pay

You'll receive notice and opportunity to remedy where applicable.

12. General

12.1 Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12.2 Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Call Craft.

12.3 Severability If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
